THE PROBLEM
Improving Sales Agent Efficiency: The Challenge We Solved
To address the inefficiencies in Plivit Trade's sales process, we developed a web dashboard that streamlined product access for their sales agents. The dashboard includes a user-friendly interface with product management tools, sorting and filtering capabilities, and easy export options. With role-based access control (RBAC), different users can log in and access only the information relevant to their roles, significantly improving workflow and eliminating the need for agents to rely on administrative support for product information.
The new web dashboard has brought significant advantages to Plivit Trade, transforming how their sales agents and administrators interact with product data. Administrators can now easily add new products to the catalog, and the changes are reflected in real-time, ensuring that all users have access to the latest information without delays. This seamless integration reduces manual tasks, eliminates errors, and boosts overall efficiency. Additionally, the ability to filter, sort, and export product data empowers sales agents to quickly access relevant information, enhancing their productivity. The web dashboard for Plivit Trade was built using a modern technology stack to ensure high performance, scalability, and security. We used Next.js and React to develop a seamless, dynamic, and responsive front-end that delivers an optimized user experience across all devices. By utilizing Next.js Server Components, we ensured faster load times and improved performance, allowing for a smoother and more efficient platform. For product storage and management, we integrated Strapi, a headless CMS, which provided a flexible and user-friendly solution for managing the product catalog. Strapi's powerful admin panel enabled easy product addition, real-time updates, and seamless synchronization across the platform, streamlining the process for administrators. Additionally, we incorporated Strapi Authentication, ensuring that the system remains secure with proper user role management and access control. Security was a key focus during development. We implemented JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for secure authentication and authorization, ensuring that user access is tightly controlled based on their role within the organization. This guarantees that sensitive data remains protected, and only authorized users can modify product information or access confidential details. The combination of these technologies ensures that the platform is fast, secure, and capable of handling Plivit's growing business needs efficiently.
